WE KNOW THAT women have often been changemakers – but without much fanfare. This widespread underestimation of half of humanity clearly manifests in most industries, particularly in male bastions such as information technology or law.
A recent study published by Harvard Business Review (HBR)[1] carried out thousands of 360-degree reviews. In it, women outscored men on 17 of the 19 capabilities that differentiated excellent leaders from average or poor ones. Women – they are better initiators, more resilient, engaged in self-development, and more result-oriented with a display of higher integrity and honesty.
