Finding Penang’s niche

The second SERI-ISEAS Penang Outlook Forum

The socio-economic and Environmental Research Institute (SERI), together with the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), organised the second Penang Outlook Forum 2010 held on 3 June 2010 in Singapore.

Its aim was to debate Penang’s relative advantages and to revisit Penang as a regional phenomenon in order to discuss its role within a growing Asia.
