What is the management rotation system like at the B.Braun headquarters? What determines which individual gets posted for international assignments?
We look for strategic thinkers and people energisers as leaders who push for results, and leaders who can impact and influence the environment to make it innovative for future challenges. B.Braun has a talent management strategy which identifies selected competencies for successful leadership.
